We are five everyday women helping each other to grow, learn and above all, supporting each other unconditionally to live our best lives. We understand that not everyone has a connection like ours, and our intention is, that by sharing the ups and downs of our lives with real, raw, honest conversations and plenty of laughs, we can help you to become more of who you are, help you to stand up, walk taller, look the world in the eye and know that you are enough and, you are worth it
Have you ever wondered why you get caught up in the DRAMA of a situation? Where you've sat back and gone "Hang on a tick...How did I get myself here?". Or maybe you feel like life is a constant drama and you just want OUT! We totally get it! We've been there! That's why we invited our special guest, Grace Black onto Ladies Let's Talk to introduce us to the Drama Triangle! What the HECK is the Drama Triangle!?!?!
Join as we share some laughs and some serious moments as Grace helps us to understand how, by accepting and owning that the three "personalities" or characteristics of the Drama Triangle are within each of us, we can use this knowledge to escape the Karma wheel and come back to centre or balance. By fully accepting that we all play those roles on occasions, we can become better in our communications and our relationships.
As always, there are plenty of laughs as Grace uses Noelene's single status as an example of how not being "desperate" can help attract a higher quality man into her life, Mel expresses her angst caused by her children NEVER putting their shoes away and Michelle shares how she believes parenting boys brings a totally different challenge to the communication discussion.
As we say each week, grab a cup of your favourite beverage and enjoy this fortnight's episode of Ladies Let's Talk

Our Introduction to Bec
What do a Navy Chef, flashing boobs, yoga, a farm and 2 small children have in common? They are all part of Bec's fabulous story which we are excited to share with you on this week's episode.
Bec is, by far, our quietest member of the LLT girls but don't let that fool you! Bec has a strength and fortitude that has enabled her to grow and become (in her words) a better version of herself and even though she still has internal arguments with herself, she still shows up and is creating an exceptional life for her and her family.
We hope you enjoy learning more about our beautiful Bec.

5 Love Languages
From picking roses, hugs in the kitchen and taking out the rubbish bin, this weeks episode looks at how understanding the 5 languages MAY transform your relationships. Mel is a total convert - Chrissy and Bec, well not so much. Understanding how to answer the questionnaire and then interpreting how this applies to your relationship may be daunting but we try and demystify it for you! As always, there is laughter and a few tears as we take you through our experiences with the 5 Love Languages
