<p>I was only 10yrs old and didn't know how to protect my family from my dad. I felt like a failure as the oldest child. To make things worse, I felt terrible because I didn't know what to do. . Episode 001 - Breaking Down Doors
<p>I wanted to be able to fix my abuser. I so desperately wanted to be normal and have the loving father that I always dreamed I should have. The thing is I coudn't figure out how to tell my dad to stop without making him even more mad. This meant I wasn’t able to fix my dad. He was going to be abusive. We weren't going to have a normal family. I wasn't going to have the loving dad I always wanted to have.</p> <p>In this episode I take you into my world as I talk about the night my door was broken down. I use this as a platform to show how we can "break down" our own doors to experience real healing.</p> <p>Lastly I take you through a Balance Practice I take all my students through. This one practice when done weekly can save you hundreds if not thousands of hours over the course of your life when done correctly.
