Friday Night Live - Moving ahead 3xM
This was such an incredible live. I still cannot believe how we went from talking about “productivity: mindset, milestones and motivation” to talking about “speaking up and speaking out and the importance of sharing your story”. This live was about two brave people who both shared their story , about how they had to “escape” to find freedom again. These ladies had to escape from their abusers in order to be able to live again. Right now, here they are stronger than ever and they are talking about their next milestones. Before this, you hear their journeys and it had everything to do with mindset: “I am worth it”, motivation “freedom over abuse and potential death” and milestones “health and studying”. It’s hard to dream big after such an experience but it starts with the basics and from their on doors open wide. Wider than anyone ever thought possible!!! TY @Rayshawna and @CheekyJo!

Friday Night Live - One Step at a Time
Today’s Friday Night Live is about Moving Forward One Step at Time, as in doing things consistently to keep that overview with the (end)goal in mind. We talk about distractions and motivators. The most important thing might be what it is we want to achieve. Usually this is not the end goal, but a stepping stone in the entire journey. If you do happen to dream big, chances are you do not know everything (exceptionally well) and you need support. Others can help you filling up the gaps of the things you do to know about and teach you how to get there. Maybe it’s by hiring someone else. Regardless, that person needs to understand your mission and your vision, your dreams, as well. This includes making certain decisions on how you want to do certain things, including no-no’s, related to values. When others get involved they might lead you elsewhere, because they believe that’s the - only - right path to follow. Don’t let them rob you of your dream and/or the opportunities to learn. Most importantly, don’t let them create doubt and hence cause distraction. Then we have your own thoughts and beliefs, trying to bring you down, saying you’re not good and/or special enough. You need to learn to control these too, so you can steer them in the right direction, instead of them controlling you. What’s the work you are willing to do? How likely are you to give up when it gets hard and/or other things suddenly start to peek your interest? If you can use some clarity on how to move forward, please watch this and some other videos. You can also consider joining the group and/or 1:1 coaching, keeping you focused on your (end)goal. Regardless of what you choose, stay focused on that one thing, taking one step at a time, consistently.
