<p>Hosted by 阿升 and 小敏</p> <p><br></p> <p>[EP03] "滴"血成河</p> <p>世界上最大的出行服务平台，在2021年拥有5.8亿人用户的滴滴出行6月29日在美国IPO上市。而就在滴滴上市之后中国监管层就挥起韭菜的镰刀和滴滴一起“庆祝”，勒令下架滴滴出行的app。</p> <p>在IPO之前，“滴滴”已经获得多次融资，总额超200亿美元。投资者中包括苹果、丰田、腾讯、阿里巴巴、富士康等知名企业，和软银、高瓴资本、红杉资本等知名风投。其中前三大股东为软银、优步（Uber）及腾讯。而当中令人瞩目的也有前中国最高领导人，江泽民孙子江志成（Alvin Jiang）设立的博裕资本。</p> <p>这一集主持人将会从不同的观点去探讨滴滴被强行下架的目的及原因。</p>

FTC主要指控Facebook收购前途看好但规模较小的竞争对手,并且表示将向法院寻求禁止令，要求脸书放弃Instagram和WhatsApp等财产</p> <p>而在2021年6月28日法院以法律欠缺足够说明Facebook在个人社群网路（Personal Social Networking，PSN）的服务有垄断行为,驳回诉讼. 而脸书当日股价直接大涨,市值突破1兆美元</p> <p>这集podcast会以主持人的经历来探讨是否Facebook有垄断的行为,以及对于社交媒体依赖性的后果.</p> <p><br></p> <p><br></p>
