As we head into the new year, many of us will be very inclined to make some changes. Maybe the changes are related to exercise, dieting, or some habits that we’d like to leave behind.
The new year promises a fresh start and a new beginning. With that comes some optimism that maybe this year will be different. Maybe this year will be better. Maybe we will be better.
Yet, at the heart of the changes that most of us would like to experience is something less tangible. It’s more than just committing to exercise and in many ways it’s more difficult than dropping a few pounds. It’s the change that needs to take place in our minds. It’s the transformation of the ways that we think. It’s the adjustment of our attitudes.
Tomorrow we will begin a new Teaching Series called “RESET”. This series will be focused on what it looks like to have our minds transformed and how to think differently.
More specifically, the series will focus on how we can think about Jesus more and think more like Jesus.
Let’s begin 2026 with a “RESET”!

Magnify Discipleship
In this episode, Pastor Sterling unpacks the sixth aspect of the 276 Initiative—Magnify. To magnify God doesn’t mean making Him bigger than He is; it means living in a way that makes His greatness more visible to the world around us.
Drawing from Scripture and real-life examples, we explore how disciples of Jesus magnify God through everyday obedience, consistent worship, authentic community, and lives shaped by the Gospel.
You’ll hear:
• Why Magnify is a way of life, not just a moment in a service
• How gratitude, integrity, and worshipful living reflect the greatness of God
• How our church family can point people to Jesus through our attitudes, actions, and relationships
• How the 276 Initiative forms a culture where God—not us—gets the glory
This episode will encourage you to live boldly, humbly, and intentionally so that others see Christ in you. When we magnify God with our lives, discipleship becomes more than a process—it becomes our identity.

The 276 Initiative-Mobilize Disciples
In this message from the 276 Initiative series, Pastor Sterling Edwards unpacks what it means to be mobilized disciples through Acts 4:1–20. When Peter and John were told to stop speaking about Jesus, they couldn’t stay silent—because they had been with Him. Mobilization begins with love: we love because Christ first loved us. It’s marked by presence: others recognize that we’ve been with Jesus. And it leads to mission: we can’t help but speak about what we’ve seen and heard. This sermon challenges believers to live sent lives, filled with boldness, gratitude, and the unmistakable aroma of Christ.

Make Disciples
In this message, Pastor Sterling continues walking through The 276 Initiative, moving from the two commands—Love God and Love Others—to what it means to Make Disciples.
Jesus’ call in the Great Commission isn’t just to make converts; it’s to make disciples who follow Him with their whole lives. Discipleship is a process of helping people know Christ, grow in Christ, and go for Christ. It’s not optional—it’s the mission.
Sterling reminds us that discipleship starts with relationship, is fueled by obedience to God’s Word, and continues through multiplication—disciples making disciples. When we live under God’s authority, walk in authenticity, and reflect His love, we naturally draw others to Jesus.
Making disciples is not just a church program—it’s a lifestyle. It’s what happens when we love God deeply, love people sincerely, and live intentionally for His glory.

Aim For The Glory of God
In this message from 2 Corinthians 4:13–18, Pastor Sterling reminded the church that everything we do as followers of Christ must point to the glory of God. When our faith grows, our belief deepens; as belief strengthens, God’s power becomes more visible in our lives. That power brings salvation to more people, and as grace extends, thanksgiving and glory to God increase. Because the same Spirit that raised Jesus from the dead lives in us, we can live with confidence, purpose, and endurance—even in hardship. The call is simple but powerful: trust God’s power at work within you, believe He wants to do more than you can imagine, ask Him to increase your faith, and live for His glory without losing heart, knowing that what is unseen and eternal far outweighs anything temporary we face today.

The Advancement Of The Gospel
n today’s episode, we’re diving into the heartbeat of the 276 Initiative — the Advancement of the Gospel. We’ll explore what it means to live on mission, to share the hope of Jesus in everyday life, and to trust the Holy Spirit to do what only He can do — change hearts and transform lives. This isn’t about maintaining comfort; it’s about moving with courage as we carry the message of Christ to our neighbors and the nations.

276 Initiative: Approachability
Because Jesus first approached us, we can confidently approach Him—and then carry His Good News to others. In this message from Hebrews 4:14–16, Pastor Sterling shows how Christ stepped into our world, shared in our weakness, and opened the way to the Father. As we draw near to His throne of grace, we’re empowered to move toward neighbors, friends, and strangers with the same love and invitation that met us in Jesus.

The Power Of Proximity
In The Power of Proximity, Pastor Sterling Edwards opens the Anxious for Nothing series by sharing a personal moment of zero visibility—caught in a sudden dust storm in Arizona—that mirrors the emotional and spiritual disorientation we often face in life. Drawing from Philippians 4:4–5, this message reminds us that even when we feel lost, afraid, or out of control, God is never uncertain, never distant, and never unable to see. He is near.
