「特別有給休暇 連続３日与え年休消化促す 佐藤薬品工業」 佐藤薬品工業㈱（奈良県橿原市、佐藤雅大代表取締役社長）は、従業員のリフレッシュや休暇が取りやすい職場風土の醸成を目的に、勤続５年ごとに最大連続３日間の特別有給休暇を付与する。年次有給休暇と組み合わせて１週間単位の休暇を取ることを推奨しており、分割取得は認めない。 取得期限は１年とし、失効する前に使ってもらえるよう、社内報で取得事例を発信していく。

「労働者の帰属先は雇用主と抗議 スポットワーク協会」 ㈱タイミーなど短時間・単発就労のプラットフォーム会社の業界団体であるスポットワーク協会（米田光宏代表理事）は、タイミーが外食大手のワタミと締結した業務提携に関する報道への抗議声明を公表した。「タイミーワーカー」「引抜き」など、労働者の帰属先がタイミーにあるかの印象が持たれる報道に対し、あくまでも帰属先は雇用事業主にあると強調している。 会員企業は、職業紹介もしくは募集情報等提供事業者とした。

「保護者が仕事を確認 魅力発信へ見学ツアー 長崎県」 長崎県は、高校生の保護者を主な対象にした地元企業の見学ツアーを開催する。バスで２～３社を回り、仕事内容や働いている従業員の雰囲気、社内の設備、周囲の環境などを確認してもらう。 昨年度は夏季と冬季に、１コース当たり２～３社を回るツアーを企画。計11コース（23社）に、104人が参加した。
