EP.12《老師找你聊一聊》：正念是一種生活態度
還沒開始聽之前，你覺得「正念」是什麼？ 你心裡有答案了嗎？不管有沒有，今天跟著林媛心理師一起學習怎麼過得更幸福吧😍 1）正念=mindfulness, 不加批判的把全部的想法都先攤出來。 2）正念練習第一步：暫停下來，慢下來。事情有很多種可能，也許不是你當下想的那麼糟。 3）婆媳問題有得救了？！ 正念練習告訴你如何創造時間和空間。 4）你還記得職業倦怠三部曲嗎？（請參考第二季第八集） 其實三部曲之前，你還可以提前注意自己的體力/腦力/心力這三種消耗，事先有意識的保持「滿水位」的狀態。 5）不管如何，記得好好吃飯，好好喝水，好好睡覺！ 即使只有幾分鐘，都要在有限的時間內專注自己當下在做的事，給自己一點彈性。 6）沒有辦法覺察自己或跟自己對話的人怎麼辦？不要害怕慢下來或是停下來就等於不能做自己。 7）工作的時候注意自己的姿勢。記得靠著椅背，肩膀打開，呼吸才會順暢！要記得呼吸！！！ 8）爸媽們！聽起來！會累會崩潰都是正常的，練習不要壓抑自己的情緒。但是你有沒有注意到，你常常在什麼時候生氣崩潰？ 9） 正念練習第二步：有意識察覺所有的可能。 正念練習第三步：接納自己的情緒，明智的去做選擇去行動。 10）怎麼帶小朋友做正念練習？ 觀察自己的身體 -加入呼吸的練習 -魔術球的運用 -試著說出當下的感受 -搭配繪本 11）今年小朋友過度使用3C產品，導致遇到事情容易崩潰？問他什麼都是I DON’T KNOW! 怎麼辦？ 📚這集推薦了三本書：小朋友，青少年還有大人都照顧到了！ －－－－－－－ 🚩 來這裡找我們 IG🔎：https://www.instagram.com/teachers.no.tell/ Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/teachers.no.tell MAIL📧：teachersnotell@gmail.com －－－－－－－ 🎧 Royalty Free Music from Music: https://www.purple-planet.com
