Legalización de la Marihuana para Uso Recreativo en Nuevo Mexico
<p>En abril del 2021, Nuevo Mexico se convirtió en el estado número 17 en legalizar el uso de marihuana para fines recreativos al aprobar la ley estatal HB 2, Ley de Regulación del Cannabis. De acuerdo al la ley las ventas al menudeo comenzaran el primero de abril del próximo año. Actualmente la Ciudad de Las Cruces esta recabando la opinion de la comunidad para regular la zona, es decir dónde los comercios y agricultores del cannabis podrían ubicarse, así como cuál será su horario. Recreational Cannabis in New Mexico
<p>The recreational use of cannabis became legal in New Mexico on June 29, 2021, after the State passed House Bill 2 (H.B. 2), the Cannabis Regulation Act.</p> <p>In this episode, we will explore the impact of the legalization in the Las Cruces community and the public input opportunities that the City of Las Cruces will offer before implementing regulations on the zoning and hours of operation of the new recreational cannabis industry.</p> <h3><strong>PARTICIPATE</strong></h3> <p>Residents have until August 15 to participate in a <a href="https://survey123.arcgis.com/share/68ff6c23c7b94925b4f76ec4078a84ef?portalUrl=https://las-cruces.maps.arcgis.com">survey </a>on cannabis in Las Cruces.
