As first generation latinas our motivational catch phrase has always been to "do it for the Ferrari amiga". En este episodio hablamos sobre el desgasto, diferentes maneras que lo tratamos individualmente y hablamos un poco sobre la disociación. En un mundo donde todo pasa muy rapido y hay muchas cosas que hacer constantemente, el descanso es crucial para nuestra salud mental y para nuestro buenestar.
