We discuss whether we would pay for it and what considerations are taken into account when a lash artist is charging a high price for lashes and why we think it's completely reasonable.    Trademarking and checking as to whether you are infringing someone elses trademark is vital to business health and legitimacy. If you are interested in growing your lash business, or any business at all into a well known brand, it is important to check whether your Business Name is available for trademarking. This is different to registering your business name with ASIC. When trademarking, you need to also ensure that if you are exporting internationally, that you obtain a trademark within the countries you are present in as someone else overseas could share the same name. We discuss the process of trademarking and our experiences with registering trademarks.
