Me to the 9-5: "8am Monday I'm yours; But at 5:01 - It's Tako Time."
501xTako's (formerly LNP) was originally dedicated to the Detroit Pistons, but has since evolved into a podcast that allows me to display my Range and exemplify why I, Alone, am History's Spiciest DJ; the Best Voice in Podcasting; and HIM.
Press Play.

We'll be focusing on Doc Rivers, a prominent figure in BucksGate, and exploring the controversies surrounding head coaching in the NBA. We'll also
unpack why there aren't more black athletes in
lacrosse and hockey.

This is a delayed release from Father's Day - Remembering Pops on his bday.
Life lessons gained and how I've worked through my grieving and healing process.
The audio might be low - I'm not sure why you have to play some episodes on full blast, but I'm working to correct this in future episodes.

RE8.2 - Anime & Chill Zone Debut!
Okay...so I've worked out the quirk with the audio but I've decided to split the episode into two different eps!
So...here's the debut of the Anime & Chill Zone! While I've discussed anime in previous episodes, I've decided to make that it's own portion of the show: in the future, it will feature games, polls, contests, etc. along with potential guests and possible a new part time co-host!
In this episode, I run down the Naruto One shot (again); Obito v Vader Death Battle (again); last week's chapter of JJK (...again); Choujin X; and kinda Black Clover and Mid-Hero Academia?
Anyway, make sure to rate me 5 stars, comment, follow and share!
Enjoy!

LNP Presents: Rob Parker, the man, the mentor, the Father of Dad Jokes...
Szn3, Ep.2: ft. Rob Parker!
Rob is my long time partner and the man that inspired me to pursue a career in sport's journalism.
I tried not to go on too much about his many accomplishments (we didn't have enough time for that anyway) and also aimed to keep the episode casual.
But, for those who don't know, Rob has mentored countless young, black men in the city of Detroit when he called it home, as well as his hometown of NYC, and now LA, where he is a Co-Host of "The Odd Couple" with Chris Broussard, a lead contributing journalist for DeadSpin, the founder and owner of MLBro.com (I felt so awkward for always fudging the title), owner of Sporty Cutz on 7 Mile in Detroit, and he carries me other hats (he recently got into standup comedy and I nearly snorted my drink through my nose at MGM listening to his jokes).
However, I am honored and humbled to call Rob a friend, who always asks me to come out for some good food and a game when we're in one another's cities.
So, without further ado...LNP presents its first special guest...
