NBA And Stanley Cup Finals Crank Up + World Cup/Fox Sports Host Rob Stone! | LWOS Media Podcast
It's the start of the coverage for the NBA and Stanley Cup Finals, LOTS of Disney/ESPN sports media news and a special guest to talk Fox and The World Cup, too! It all happens with host T.J. Rives and the "LWOS Media Podcast!"<br /><br />T.J. has takes on the Giants Jaxson Dart controversy for introducing President Donald Trump at an event and why the double standards with politcs and sports have existed for the last 2-3 decades.<br /><br />He also has thoughts on CBS destroying it's "Late Show" brand and whether 60 minutes should be pre-empted for the biggest sports events on Sunday evenings?<br /><br />Then, there's more on the chase for "Lord Stanley's Cup" in hockey with Vegas and Carolina (not exactly major media market help) battling and the broadcasters, etc.<br /><br />The NBA Finals start up with San Antonio and the NY Knicks and the #1 media market appearing in the championship series for the first time since 1999 (when they played the Spurs, also). What can we expect from the audience numbers and what about the rare "muting" of Stephen A. "Solitaire" Smith during the NBA??<br /><br />Next up, hear from Fox Sports' Rob Stone on their upcoming coverage of the World Cup Soccer on their networks and platforms.
