Podcast hosted by Sean Jeffcoat, giving his opinion on several topics. He primarily focuses on interviews with minorities about their specific professions. The conversations are real and each interview discusses the reasons why each person has chosen their career, how they got there, and concludes with any advice that they may want to share with anyone. Welcome back!
For those of you that are new to the show, welcome! On this episode, I am simply giving you an update on my life thus far (after graduation) and what is to come in the very near future.
I am looking to bring a lot more content, a lot more substantive topics, a lot more guests, and a overall better quality to the show. I am also revamping my website to host all of my content, including my podcast, blog, and (hopefully) future publications within my legal career. Essentially, trying to make everything a one stop shop for you all.
Please enjoy this episode and be on the look out for others real soon!

11. Constructive Criticism
Free game!!
Welcome back to another episode! Today I will be discussing constructive criticism and the idea that everyone should be able to distinguish the difference between that and solely negative feedback. I also suggest that it ties in with being coachable.
Constructive criticism: 1) providing feedback in a manner that acknowledges both the positives and where there is room for improvement instead of solely focusing on the negatives; or 2) the process of offering valid and well-reasoned opinions about the work of others, usually involving both positive and negative comments, in a friendly manner rather than an oppositional one.

10. Stop Letting Others Control You
Another new Free Game Episode! Stop letting others (society) control you. Stop allowing someone to dictate who you are, what you do, and who you want to be. Far too often do we allow others to tell us what we want to do and far too often do we allow others to tell us what they believe is best for us. sometimes we need to ask ourselves if we truly want to be what society wants us to be. Once we figure out who we are, the possibilities in life are endless.

9. Be Coachable
Today's episode features a special guest! be sure to check out who is going to chime in on Free Game!
Being coachable means being open to asking for and receiving feedback, looking inward at how you can move forward, and being interested in growth. You don’t take things personally or as criticism, instead, you see it as an opportunity.
