Gone Girl (2014): The Brief Wondrous Life of Cool Girl Amy Dunne
Viviana and Raunel review ANOTHER Mystery Thriller! This time we get into Gone Girl with Rosamund Pike and Ben Affleck. Amy Dunne( who's played by Rosamund Pike) goes missing and her husband is suspected of killing her. However, without a body, the detectives have to go through the clues left behind for an answer. Meanwhile, Nick (played by Ben Affleck) is left to do a scavenger hunt and prove against the odds that he isn't responsible for his wife's disappearance.

Basic Instinct (1992) : femme fatale in 90's san francisco
Sharon Stone in this classic erotic neo-noir thriller will leave you sweaty and confused. Catherine Trammel, (played by Sharon Stone) is a prime suspect in a murder case investigated by Nick Curran (played by Michael Douglas). P.S. Viviana and Raunel recommend watching The Handmaiden (2016), a South Korean erotic psychological thriller to put on your viewing list if you want to watch a film that shines where Basic Instinct left us wanting more.
