Does God Allow Women To Lead?
Hello ladies! - I this week's podcast I talk about, “Does God Allow Women To Lead?” This topic is personal to me because I was taught by my own family and church that I could not lead. When you understand what a leader is, you fully understand that we are called to lead. Listen to this podcast as there are so many great nuggets of wisdom and I encourage you to watch it to the end. Listen to the end and be blessed! I am a Latin female entrepreneur here to help women step into bold leadership and leave a powerful legacy. Leaders Are You Proactive vs Reactive?
Hello ladies! Today I talk about, “As A Leader Are You Proactive or Reactive?” Are you the kind of leader that likes to plan ahead and be prepared for life's challenges or are you the type of leader that waits until something happens to take action? What is better for your life? The bible says in Luke 21:36"Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man" The only way to be prepared for life's challenges is to be filled with the word of God that brings us peace, hope and healing. Listen to this podcast and hear me talk about the difference between proactive in your life vs being reactive. The Power Of Your Words
Words have power! We can create a powerful and successful future just by what we declare with our mouths. We must speak positivity and declare the word of God so that our future can be victorious. The purpose of this podcast is to equip you with right tools and weapons needed to confront the days ahead with strength and wisdom. You can be victorious and an overcomer just by knowing what to say! It's time to take control of your life and declare nothing but good things over yourself and your family. Take power over your future and declare blessings over you and your family. My name is Rosa Ore and I am the Founder of Latina Leaders Leaving A Legacy. I started this organization because I saw a need to share the wisdom and knowledge I obtained from my academic preparation, personal life experiences and teachings from the bible to empower the next generation. I am a 2nd generation Latin immigrant living in the United States teaching leadership principles with the understanding that balancing culture, faith and calling can be quite the challenge. I have a master’s degree in Latino American and Caribbean Studies and over 25 years of working in the educational arena as an administrator, college advisor and university instructor. God has called me to share my life experiences and education to create a curriculum that strengthen women and empowers them to move forward in power and in the strength of the Lord. I believe that we are only as strong as we empower the next generation. I believe in passing on leadership truths in love and in power. It is our job as today’s leaders to build the leaders that come behind us and are destined to take over and fulfill God’s will on this earth.

You Are More Than A Title
Hello ladies! Today we talk about, “You Are More Than Your Title" As a Latina, I always thought a leader was one that was an authoritarian, extremely intelligent and highly accomplished. I thought of a leader as an identity or position that was out of my reach. However, life has taught me that this is not true. We are all leaders in some capacity. I also thought that a leader was primarily a man. Religion taught me that as a female, I did not have God’s permission or approval to lead. This was also erroneous. Once I began to read the bible for myself and I learned the true definition of a leader, I realized that I was a leader. If you're wondering if you're a leader, then you need to listen to this podcast. In this podcast, I share how I went from thinking I was not a leader or would ever be qualified to being one to being a great woman that speaks to you from a leadership perspective. I am a Latin female entrepreneur here to talk with women about being strong leaders that ignite and leave a legacy. Balancing between Latin Familism and God
Today I talk about Latin Familism. Definition of familism is a social pattern in which the family (https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/family) assumes a position of ascendance over individual interests. In other words, the family takes priority over your individual interests and development. I am a 2nd generation immigrant woman trying to navigate between being American and having a Latin family that holds on to their culture very tightly. Listen to this 30 minute show as I talk about how Christ teaches us to balance between family culture and our calling in Christ! Latina Leaders Leaving A Legacy - Introduction
This episode is an introduction to Latina Leaders Leaving a Legacy. This organization is here to teach and train women how to be dynamic leaders. Our teachings come from a female perspective and have biblical principles added into them. We also address challenges and issues that women face daily and provide practical answers on how to overcome these challenges and have success in this changing global society. As founder of this organization, I feel that I am equipped professionally and educationally to teach these principles because of my life experiences partnered with a master’s degree in Latino American and Caribbean Studies. I am also 2nd generation immigrant in the United States who understands that balancing between 2 cultures can be quite the challenge.
