   Your Journey Our Story ❤️❤️❤️

ThinkOutLoudwithus (We would love your feedback) (https://www.buzzsprout.com/twilio/text_messages/2296193/open_sms) https://www.tntbeautystore.com/ (https://www.tntbeautystore.com/) Email us @ Thinkingoutloud23@myyahoo.com Ever wondered how to truly master your anxiety? Join us on this episode of Thinking Out Loud as we explore a heartfelt journey into understanding and managing anxiety through a series of personal stories and insightful strategies. We kick things off with a nostalgic nod to childhood and the playful segment "Riddle Riddle," easing into the serious topic at hand. By breaking down anxiety with an acronym starting with "A" for "Anticipate," we discuss how being proactive about recognizing triggers can make a world of difference. Whether it's the unease of daily pressures or life-altering events, learning to anticipate anxiety can empower us to face it head-on. This episode takes a deeper dive into personal struggles and the role of faith in overcoming them. I share my emotional journey through a painful breakup and the illness and passing of a beloved grandmother, using the metaphor of x-rays to distinguish between life's fractures and breaks. By addressing critical issues first, we can manage anxiety more effectively. Spiritual strength and a connection with a higher power, such as God, are underscored as vital tools in navigating mental and emotional turmoil. The conversation highlights how leaning on faith can provide the solace and guidance needed to weather life's toughest storms. Reflecting on personal growth and resilience, we emphasize the importance of sincere prayer, spiritual maturity, and honest communication with God. This chapter also touches on practical steps for external well-being, such as exercise and hobbies, as essential complements to mental health. We honor the significance of Juneteenth, celebrating the values of happiness and freedom, while sharing the inspiring family history of Sudie Williams, whose resilience in the face of unimaginable hardship serves as a powerful testament to strength and justice. Wrapping up, I extend heartfelt gratitude to our listeners, encouraging everyone to stay connected for more enlightening episodes. Support the Show. Eclipse - Never let something Dim your light

Have you ever found yourself playing the peacemaker in a family feud you had no idea existed? That's where a few of my fans, ended up at their past family reunion, and trust me, it was a rollercoaster. This episode of "Eclipse" shines a light on the shadows cast by family drama and how it shapes us, with a special focus on the young women caught in the crossfire. I'm sharing my firsthand experience of the commotion that unfolds when past and present collide, and I'm inviting you to chuckle and cringe along with the stories from our listeners' own kin. Family squabbles can leave scars, especially on teenagers navigating their own lives and problems . This episode dives deeper into the effects of single moms' dating on their daughters and the critical need for a nurturing space to help them shine through the chaos. As we unpack these tales and trials, we open a dialogue aimed at offering solace and strategies for those young girls who may feel their light is being snuffed out by life's trials. And then we pivot, turning our attention to the teenagers themselves, and the crucial decisions that loom large on their horizons.  We talk about the pressures of social media, and the real-world consequences of something as seemingly innocuous as a speeding ticket. But it's not all cautionary tales; we also offer up some financial wisdom, aiming to help our younger listeners pave a path to a bright and secure future. As we wrap up, I send out a prayer for the teens tuning in, hoping that "Eclipse" serves as a beacon through their formative years. Join us, and let's share in the journey of growing up, together. * some of the content used in this show I do not own the rights
