Today I am joined by Mama, Meghan Gray.

Meghan is a psychologist with over eight years experience in community and private sectors, and is also the founder and director of GrayMind Psychology a boutique group private practice in Paddington, Brisbane. She is passionate about supporting eating disorders, anxiety, relationship concerns and perinatal mental health.

She is also a mother to her 19month old son, Hayes, and has found in her journey into motherhood what it looks and feels like applying psychological theory and attachment models into everyday experiences at home and with the juggle of maintaining a career. As a result, she has had personal experience with the well-known and common obstacles for mothers who work in and outside the home, that of guilt.
