[…] And I said, okay. You figure out how to deliver something. And, you know, the dev team took a shot at it. And ultimately we ended up, oh, wait, we need the product person to tell us like, well, what are the rules? What is the compliance regulation? You know, all of that kind of stuff. It's like, see, you can't do it without us. And I think, you know, whether it's ADP or any organization, there is value in what product brings. But I think what we've been trying to figure out is we don't want to be the stewards of helping the development team move the widgets along in the development lifecycle. What we want to be spending our time doing is figuring out what are the problems that we should be solving, how should we solve them, and then understanding does it drive an outcome both for our users as well as our business.
