   S08 E05 – Emer & Michael Paul - Wedding Couple

Emer & Michael Paul join the pod to have the craic and sure tell us a fair bit about their wedding day. Full of character and friendly their approach will help people have a wedding day your own way with too much fuss, allowing suppliers to do their job while they have the craic with friends and families and still make it their own with small, impactful choices. A lesson in swinging for those who are interested, pineapple? Christmas wedding tips, song tips, singer must haves (Caroline Fraher). Michael Paul loves cheeky talk and a bit of back and forth. Despite being so comfortable on the mic, he still got speech writing help. Great advice from Michael Paul and Cormac Lally who helped him get the right tone for the occasion. A must listen to for anyone doing a speech. Shoutout to the moms! Lovely stories from the day and build up. Hair and Makeup talk, wedding car experience, coffee truck, sneak pub, neo sign, rehearsal giggles. The Pearls bring the fun! Choosing a song for you, upbeat if you want, do fear the dance, have fun. Photographs their own way, with some great history. And a rare threat these days, a Baker Boy cake! Illusive due to demand, the lads were lucky to book Brian to make their wedding cake, think of the raspberry. #wedding #ireland #podcast Wedding Photographers Cork, Laura and Benny Photography cover weddings throughout Munster, Ireland: https://lauraandbennyphotography.com/ Laura and Benny Photography are Irish Wedding Photographers sharing all their knowledge of how weddings actually happen in Ireland. S08 E04 – Jacinta & Bernard - Wedding Couple

Why us? Why not you! Jacinta & Bernard kindly join Laura and Benny to tell of there unassuming wedding day in Adare. For however simple and normal Jacinta & Bernard thought their wedding day was, we can reassure you it was a day to remember. Bring their own personalities and preferences to the day and allowing their friends and family to help and joy in the celebrations. A modern phenomenon, a Bank Holiday Monday Wedding. Why wait all weekend? Who said anything about waiting for Monday: let the fun begin, buildup crank up and mischief manifest. Vendor snatching is a hidden gem of Bank Holiday Mondays, Jacinta & Bernard explain. Fitzgerald Woodlands was the host and truly Jacinta & Bernard could not speak more highly and Laura and Benny give it there firm stamp of approval. Form catering for various numbers, the Fitzgeralds know hospitality and attention to detail is second to none. Jacinta tells all the girly stuff about build up, bridesmaids, make up, hair, getting the lads in gear. Bernard is your big strapping bearded modern man, blow dry and volume dust. Bernard shares man tips. Car line ups. Shooting sticks (when you can’t bring shotguns to weddings). Wood, carving, man stuff. Adare’s Church the Holy Trinity could not be more welcoming. From Monsignor Daniel to Francis to Rita, the whole community friendly and makes you feel special and at home. Shout out to Amy Phelan singing in the church and Flog the Dog, the band of the mighty craic. Mighty Craic, challenge accepted: DJ Mad Mike aka Jacinta’s Da! CDs, hairy chests, wigs, gyrating, the maddest DJ is the south east. Nan in the Town, cake making, a family occasion. Aoife Mc Namara, take you again for your lovely cottage exterior! How to do speeches, crying and laughing. Day 2, Thingamajig (trad band) in the Tree House at Fitzgeralds.
