This week I am going to show you how to complete a Florida Family Law Financial Affidavit. Most family law cases seeking financial relief, alimony, child support, and the like, require the filing of a Florida Family Law Financial Affidavit. This includes temporary as well as permanent financial relief. </p> <p>In Florida, there are two types of Family Law Financial Affidavits. The long-form Family Law Financial Affidavit is for those people who make a gross income of over $50,000.00 per year. If one makes less than $50,000.00 per year, a short-form Family Law Financial Affidavit is proper.
