In that same vein, what are your primary goals and initiatives for your term as chair of the PBA Family Law Section? One of the things that I have really felt that I benefited from in the later years of my practice has been the training that I have gotten in the alternative dispute space. And I've been really lucky to have gone to some international collaborative law meetings where we have had some out of the box kind of thinking and training about communication and technology and conflict resolution and negotiation. and how to keep your clients comfortable, how to communicate difficult concepts to them when they're in the fight or flight mode.
