Retraining Your Subconscious Mind
Mastering the Power of Auto-Suggestion
Have you ever wondered why certain habits, patterns, and beliefs seem to control your life no matter how hard you try to change them? In this eye-opening episode, we dive deep into the science and spirituality of the subconscious mind. Antonio reveals that the real battleground for change isn’t just in your conscious efforts but in your auto-suggestion—the filter that decides what gets stored in your subconscious.
Through personal stories, humor, and transformational insights, we uncover how three core factors influence your subconscious programming:
The story you tell yourself and others – How your internal and external narratives shape your reality.
Your limiting beliefs – The unseen barriers holding you back from achieving success.
Your fear of consequences and judgments – The subconscious resistance that prevents you from stepping into your full potential.
By understanding these factors, you’ll learn how to take control of your subconscious mind, rewrite your narrative, and manifest the life you truly desire. This episode isn’t just about motivation—it’s a blueprint for lasting transformation.

Key Takeaways
Understanding the Subconscious Mind
Your subconscious doesn’t think, reason, or analyze—it only acts based on the programming it receives.
Your subconscious is responsible for 95% of your daily actions, thoughts, and decisions.
The key to success isn’t just positive thinking—it’s changing what your subconscious believes to be true.
The Role of Auto-Suggestion
Auto-suggestion is like the bouncer at the nightclub of your mind. It decides what thoughts enter and what gets rejected.
If your auto-suggestion is programmed negatively, your subconscious will reject new, positive ideas before they even take root.
The most powerful way to reprogram your mind is by consciously feeding it new, empowering beliefs and stories.
The Story You Tell Yourself & Others
Every day, you reinforce a narrative about who you are and what is possible for you.
If you constantly say, "Making money is hard," your subconscious will make sure you struggle financially.
If you say, "I am always lucky and things work in my favor," your subconscious will seek proof to make that true.
Pay attention to the hidden stories you tell yourself about love, money, success, and self-worth.
Limiting Beliefs & How to Overcome Them
Your biggest enemy is not external circumstances, but your own subconscious conditioning.
Most limiting beliefs come from parents, community, education, and religion—but they can be rewritten.
A powerful exercise: Write down your biggest limitations and ask, “Who told me this was true?”
Replace limiting beliefs with powerful affirmations and repeated exposure to new perspectives.
Fear of Consequences & Judgment
Many people stay stuck because they fear what others will think if they change.
Your subconscious tries to keep you safe by avoiding risk. But that “safety” keeps you in the same cycle.
Every successful person had to break free from fear-based thinking—this episode teaches you how to do the same.
The Law of Compensation & Your Subconscious Programming
You are currently receiving exactly what you subconsciously believe you deserve.
Success, wealth, and happiness don’t come from wishing—they come from deep subconscious alignment.
If you have inconsistent results in life, your subconscious is probably sending mixed signals to the universe.
The solution? Become laser-focused on changing your internal self-image.
Notable Quotes
“Your subconscious isn’t against you—it’s simply following orders. Give it better instructions.”
“The real you isn’t the version you practice—it’s the one that shows up when life catches you off guard.”
“If you don’t like checking your bank balance, that’s a sign you believe money is always running out.”
“Your subconscious mind is like soil. Whatever you plant will grow. Stop planting weeds.”
“Wherever you have a need, plant a seed. Abundance starts with shifting your subconscious expectations.”
Actionable Steps to Retrain Your Subconscious Mind
Step 1: Identify Your Current Programming
Journal about your beliefs around money, success, love, and self-worth.
Ask yourself: Where did these beliefs come from? Are they serving me?
Step 2: Reprogram with Auto-Suggestion
Replace limiting beliefs with intentional, repeated affirmations.
Surround yourself with positive influences and success stories.
Step 3: Take Inspired Action
Your subconscious learns best through experience. Start acting as if your new beliefs are already true.
If you want to be wealthy, start making financial decisions like a wealthy person would.
If you want confidence, practice showing up boldly, even before you feel ready.
Step 4: Eliminate Negative Inputs
Be mindful of who and what you allow into your mental space.
Unfollow negativity, stop complaining, and replace toxic conversations with empowering ones.
Step 5: Track Your Progress
Keep a journal of small wins and shifts in your mindset.
The more you notice evidence of your subconscious shifting, the faster it will transform.
Take the first step today: Start observing the stories you tell yourself and challenge any that no longer serve you.
