Im sure you know that war and aggression is still raging in many parts of the globe or at this moment just short of a billion people live in starvation. Im guessing you’ve heard by now, scientists and thought leaders warning us to make big drastic change less we face a point of no return whilst our lawmakers trudge us to a red line in the dirt with no meaningful progress.
But what if WE THE PEOPLE could affect this change for ourselves? What if we could finally find unity in our diversity and organise to create new systems, representing something that is truly for the all?

Ep2 - Free Birth, Sovereign Birth and Discontinuing Trauma w/ Imuna Flo
On the second episode of Law to Lore we speak with Imuna who is a free-birthing mother, performance artist, activist, & sovereign birth advocate. She is a descendent of the Anangu people of the Pitjantjatjara and Yankunytjatjara language groups of the Central Desert. Always in service to Elders, children and country, she lives with her multi-generational, blended family on Widgabal-Wiyabal land of the Bundjalung Nation.
In Imuna’s words ‘decolonisation starts with birth’ and her work revolves around supporting the birth continuum back to sovereign ways. Both in the individual and the collective.
In this episode we speak about the importance of sovereign birth on mothers’ terms and its role in limiting trauma cycles for the next generations. Also the inverse, how trauma can perpetuate soul loss that can lead to the continuation of colonisation in this generation and next.
Imuna offers some words of wisdom on how to connect to our ancestors in helping for ease of birth and cleaning past ancestral birth trauma. Also, on the role of community in the birth continuum and beyond.
She says ‘We are the land walking around in flesh and in the same way mother nature is embodied in all mothers. For this reason, many maternal matters are everybody’s business to learn for the men of our tribes and communities must know how to hold reverence and space for mothers and babies who are the centre of community.’
We also speak broader issues such multiple genocides happening on our planet today and the local environmental movement ‘Save Wallum’.

On our first official episode we speak to Jambi. Jambi is an active Northern Rivers Bundjalung indigenous caretaker and wisdom keeper from the Githabul, Minjungbal and Ngarakbul people.
As he describes it, Jarmbi's life work is in ‘helping mother earths children come back home’ through trauma release, grounding to the earth and connecting to our bloodlines. Whoever we are and wherever we come from.
Jarmbi is an environmental activist who has worked closely with movements like Stop Adani, Lock the Gate anti fracking, Sea Shepherd and now Save Wallum to protect our precious country.
He has also been involved with the worldwide indigenous collective, The Wisdom Keepers.
In this episode Jarmbi gives us tools and the first steps in grounding and connecting to mother earth and our bloodlines and ancestors.
We also talk about why its important to connect to mother earth as a ritual of life as the more we know her, the more we fight for her and her children everywhere and the more we connect with her, the more empowered we become.

Pilot
In our pilot episode we talk about what this podcast is about and what we stand for.
Mother Earth’s weather patterns are getting more extreme, we are seeing natural disaster after natural disaster, war and aggression is still raging in many parts of the globe and at this moment just short of a billion people live in starvation. We have been told by leading scientists for many years to make big drastic change less we face a point of no return but our lawmakers keep trudging us to a red line in the dirt with no meaningful progress.
Universal natural law binds us all - but as a collective, we aren’t adhering to it. My hypothesis is when the mass sum of us gain deep knowledge of these laws and start living by them, we can again realign with nature.
Many have said that colonial systems are the major factor in our misalignment, so it begs the question, what is its opposite? To decolonise and reindigenise, by virtue of natural, indigenous, ancient and mystical law. I suspect some philosophy and science can also play a part.
Indeed, there are amazing modern advancements to keep but the pendulum has swung too far and so we need to find synergy between what is working and natures order.
A podcast where we explore the natural lore of the cosmos, and a space to humbly listen to the indigenous, mystical and wisdom keepers from all over the world. Also truths about our current laws and lawmakers and practical tools to decolonise and rewild our minds and lives.
I dream of a world where we would stand shoulder to shoulder with our indigenous, wise and compassionate for governance and elevate natural and indigenous l.o.r.e over colonial l.a.w but for now, we will just discuss topics around this and see what we uncover.
