   Episode 16: Love Drives Everything

Love is the driving force behind everything we experience. How we choose to perceive and hold that love is what dictates our relationship with ourselves and others. Coming home to ourselves means letting go of the false illusions of love that limit our understanding of our own immortality and the power of God.

Episode 15: The Stories in Our Mind

We are playing a video game, and none of the stories running through our minds are real. As we let go of the false perceptions of love that have attached themselves to our field, we create space to remember the higher forms of love that have always existed within us, allowing them to return and be embodied in this realm.

   Episode 14: Remembering our Immortality

The awareness we hold is shaped by the beliefs we identify with. Part of the game of reality is remembering our immortality, then retraining our avatar to act in alignment with its original immortal state. As our consciousness evolves in this dimension, we undo the falsity within our field and return to the truth of what we are, thus lifting up everyone else as well.

Episode 13: The Odyssey is happening now

What if The Odyssey isn't just an ancient story, but a reflection of the world we're living in today? In this episode, I share my personal interpretation of Christopher Nolan's adaptation of the Odyssey and the deeper symbolism I believe it reveals about this reality. I explore how violence, killing, and consumption may distort the mind, disconnect us from our true nature, and shape the world we've come to accept as normal. This is an invitation to question what we've been taught, and remember the way home by choosing to stop suppressing what we have buried within our consciousness.

Episode 12: Questioning everything to truly heal

In this episode, I sit down with Feyi to explore her journey of healing through a fruit-based lifestyle and the profound shifts it sparked in her physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Drawing from both her personal experiences and her background as an occupational therapist, we discuss questioning the conventional medical model, how the people in our lives can act as mirrors for our own growth, seeing ourselves beyond external labels, and recognizing our spiritual nature. We also explore the idea that a higher power is always guiding us toward healing, greater awareness, and a deeper understanding of who we truly are.

In this episode, Sarah and I discuss our personal experiences with seeing spirits, what it means to embody light in physical form, and how energetic grids and ley lines may influence our perception of reality and our thoughts. We explore the idea of life as a game for the soul, the role of higher powers and spiritual guidance, and how expanding consciousness can shift the way we experience the world. If you've ever questioned what's beyond the physical world, this episode invites you to explore those possibilities with us.

Episode 10: What are we really trying to escape?

Join me as I connect with Kristen Glass for an honest conversation about spirituality, faith, and personal transformation. Together, we explore our relationship with God, what it means to truly love ourselves from within, and the seasons of growth that shape who we are. We discuss Kristen's journey of releasing alcohol, how that decision led her to embrace her gift of sight as a seer and trust the intuitive experiences God had been revealing to her. We also discuss how alcohol can become more than a substance, it can become an identity we unconsciously attach ourselves to. As we let go of the identities that no longer serve us, we create space to experience a deeper relationship with God, greater clarity, and a more authentic expression of who we were created to be. Whether you're exploring your own spiritual path, learning to let go of alcohol, or seeking a deeper connection with yourself and God, this conversation offers thoughtful insights and honest reflection.

Episode 9: How food shapes your consciousness

We've been taught to think about food through the lens of nutrition. In this episode, I invite you to explore a different perspective: that food is information and carries a frequency that shapes consciousness, and influences our perception of how we experience reality. I explore why fruit reflects the highest frequency of heaven and how consuming it influences the quality of our thoughts, and the way we experience ourselves, others, and God. As the nervous system becomes conditioned by that frequency, it begins to recognize that frequency as its natural state, learning to embody heaven in form rather than remaining conditioned by survival, fear, and separation of God. This episode is an invitation to question everything you've been taught about food, and to consider that every act of consumption is shaping your consciousness. The question is no longer simply what you're eating, but what you're becoming and who you believe you are.

Episode 9: What is the ego?

I believe the ego is the character we utilize to interact with reality. It is the identity we build through beliefs, experiences, and choices. I believe we created the initial ego the moment we believed we were separate from God and separate from our Divine Counterpart. That belief gave rise to a false identity rooted in fear, lack, control, and survival. The ego itself isn't the problem, it was simply built upon a false premise that we created. The spiritual journey begins when we remember our true nature, that we are immortal and currently exist in a spiritual world. When we remember we were never truly separate from God, we come home to our soul. From there, we don't destroy the ego, we consciously reprogram it. Through free will, we choose beliefs that align our character with love, truth, wisdom and God, and discard anything that does not align. As our ego aligns with the soul, we naturally become receptive to higher spiritual beings and angelic communities that resonate with our consciousness. Instead of being driven by fear and unconscious conditioning, we begin navigating life through Divine Love, Divine Wisdom, and spiritual guidance. I believe each of us already has a Divine Counterpart as part of God's original design. The belief of separation caused us to forget both God and one another. As we restore the Divine Masculine and Divine Feminine into union within ourselves, we come back into resonance with our soul, with God, and with the counterpart that has always existed. Inner union doesn't create the counterpart, it removes the illusion of separation, allowing what already exists in spirit to appear in physical form. To me, this is the path of spiritual immortality: remembering who we truly are, transforming the ego into a faithful expression of the soul, and allowing Heaven to express itself through our lives, our relationships, and ultimately through the sacred union that brings Heaven to this world.

Episode 9: Does choosing yourself liberate you?

In this episode, Blake and I talk with Julian Dente about his decision to become sober and what began to reveal itself once he stopped numbing parts of his experience. The conversation evolves into a deeper discussion about choosing yourself, honoring your boundaries, and learning to love who you are rather than who you've been taught to be. Together, we explore how people often abandon themselves in order to fit into social groups, relationships, and cultural expectations. We discuss what happens when you stop seeking approval and begin paying attention to where you've been crossing your own boundaries to belong. The conversation also examines the role emotions play in our reality. Are emotions always meant to be followed, or can they sometimes act as forms that reveal distortions still operating within us? We discuss how reality can present situations that trigger anger, fear, guilt, shame, or validation seeking, and whether those moments are opportunities to become aware of what we're feeding through our attention and attachments. Rather than becoming someone new, we explore the possibility that growth is about seeing clearly, removing what isn't aligned, and allowing more of your authentic self to emerge. Through sobriety, self-awareness, and honest reflection, Julian shares how choosing himself has changed the way he relates to both himself and the world around him.

Episode 8: Does cleanliness reflect consciousness?

In this episode, Blake and I explore whether cleanliness reflects consciousness. From the spaces we live in to the clothes we wear and the possessions we keep, we discuss the connection between our external environment and our internal experience. As consciousness evolves, many people find themselves naturally drawn towards greater simplicity, order, and intentionality. Is this merely preference, or does it reveal something deeper about our awareness of reality and the way we relate to ourselves?

Episode 7: Are communities creating heaven or hell?

In this episode, Blake and I explore how communities shape the realities people experience individually and collectively. Are today's communities creating genuine connection and awareness, or are they reinforcing fear, comparison, judgement, and unconscious patterns that contribute to suffering? We discuss how many modern communities are built around external consumption like products, entertainment status, validation, and distractions, and ask whether constantly seeking fulfillment outside ourselves creates a form of collective suffering that has become normalized. We also examine the idea of a false sense of unity and whether some communities create belonging through shared identities, fears, or external attachments rather than authentic soul connection. The conversation explores how expanding awareness can make the nervous system seem louder, increasing sensitivity to people, environments, and energies that may have previously gone unnoticed. We discuss energetic influence, energy hygiene, and the possibility that people absorb more from the collective around them than they realize. We also explore the power of solitude and fasting as a way to step outside collective conditioning and reconnect with one's authentic nature. Ultimately, this episode asks whether communities are creating heaven and hell, and how each individual contributes to the collective reality they participate in through their awareness, attention, energy, and choices.

    Can the airport awaken you?

What if the thoughts, emotions, and impulses you experience aren't entirely your own? What if you're not just a body and a mind, but an antenna tuned to signals most people never realize they're receiving? And what happens when a simple trip through an airport suddenly makes those signals impossible to ignore? Join Tera and Blake as we explore spirits, consciousness, emotional programming, sexuality, pain, and the search for authentic truth beyond the noise. We examine the concept of the "matrix" as a collective system of conditioned beliefs, emotional programming, distractions, and identities that can disconnect us from our deeper awareness. Many of the emotions we experience do not originate from our authentic selves. They arise from inherited patterns, social conditioning, unconscious influences, and identities we unknowingly adopt as our own. The conversation dives into the role of spirits and unseen influences throughout our lives. If thoughts, impulses, and emotions can be influenced by forces beyond ordinary perceived awareness, how do we learn to distinguish our true inner voice from external noises? We also discuss the relationship between pain and awakening. Rather than avoiding suffering, understanding our own pain may be one of the most important paths toward freedom. Unprocessed wounds often shape our behaviors, relationships, addictions, and perceptions of reality without our awareness until we do the inner work of becoming conscious of these patterns. Sexual relationships are examined through both psychological and spiritual lenses. Beyond physical attraction, intimate connections create powerful energetic exchanges that influence our emotions, perceptions, and personal growth. We discuss how unconscious sexual dynamics can reinforce attachment, illusion and identity, and how conscious relationships can become opportunities for greater self-understanding. Ultimately, this episode asks a simple but profound question: If much of what we think and feel is conditioned by the matrix, then who are we beneath it all?

    Are you an emotional eater?

In this episode, I explore how consumption influences consciousness and why so many people feel compelled to consume in the first place based off patterns attached to their nervous system. We exist in the spiritual realm. The moment we identify exclusively with the material realm, a sense of separation is born within our consciousness. We begin seeking externally for what has never actually been lost...our connection to the Divine (God) aka our soul. In this realm, what has been perceived as food, has become one of the primary ways we try to fill the void created by forgetting who we truly are. Yet what we consume shapes our experience and perception of reality. Different forms of consumption create different states within the body, and those states influence the thoughts, emotions, and perceptions available to us to experience reality. The quality of our consumption affects the quality of our consciousness in physical form. This episode explores how many thought forms arise from the state we are inhabiting rather than our true essence. As we become more conscious of what we eat, what we watch, what we listen to, and what we repeatedly choose to think about, we begin to see how consumption either reinforces the illusion of separation from God or supports the remembrance of our spiritual nature. Perhaps the goal is not to just simply eat differently, but to remember we are already whole. As that remembrance deepens, the urge to consume begins to soften, because we are no longer looking outside of ourselves for what already exists within. The more we remember our spiritual nature, the more clearly we can see the mirage for what it is and choose consciously what we allow into our mind, body, and awareness, thus coming back home to ourselves.

Do we really need food to survive?

What if hunger isn't always hunger? What if part of what we experience as hunger is actually conditioning of the mind? In this episode, Tera Ashley and Blake Herrick, explore the connection between consciousness, fasting, fruit-based eating, and intention. What if many of the things we believe we need are actually conditioned patterns rather than truth? Through personal experiences and spiritual inquiry, we examine how fasting can reveal unconscious programming, how a fruit-based lifestyle can increase awareness of the body's signals, and how aligning thoughts with intention can change the way we experience reality. This conversation challenges the idea that power comes from external circumstances and instead explores the idea that consciousness comes first. We discuss intuition, manifestation, the role our identity and perception of ourselves plays in shaping our experiences, and what happens when we begin acting from inner knowing rather than habit. Whether you are curious about fasting, fruit-based eating, personal transformation, or the relationship between thought and reality, this episode invites you to question what you have been taught and explore a different way of relating to life.

Are you codependent or being mirrored?

Join Tera Ashley and Blake Herrick as they discuss spiritual mirroring, codependency, and the journey toward true inner wholeness. Spiritual mirroring is the idea that the people who enter our lives often reflect aspects of ourselves that are ready to be seen, healed, or understood. Through relationships, we become aware of our patterns, beliefs, wounds, and strengths. Codependency emerges when we mistake another person for the source of our wholeness, seeking validation, identity, or emotional stability outside of ourselves. True union, however, is not the merging of two incomplete people but the meeting of two individuals who recognize their own inherent completeness with God and their soul. From that place, coherence becomes possible. This is a state in which the mind, heart, body, and spirit are aligned, and relationships are no longer driven by lack, fear, or attachment. In coherence, connection is no longer about filling a void; it becomes a natural expression of the wholeness of our essence that exists within us.

    What is Love?

Join Tera Ashley and Blake Herrick as they dive into the deceptively simple question: What is Love? Beyond romance, attachment, and cultural definitions, this conversation explores love as a force that may underlie consciousness, reality, and the human experience itself. What defines love? What defines consciousness? And what does it mean to be human in relation to both? A deep exploration into reality, awareness, meaning, and the possibility that love is far more foundational than we have been taught to believe.
