<p>في هذا الفصل من مذكرات أديبنا الكبير، توفيق الحكيم، سجن العمر، يحكي لنا قصة نجاحه بالكاد في كلية الحقوق وحصوله على الليسانس، ثم انغماسه في عالم "المشخصاتية"، وكيف وجد حال المسرح عند عودته من باريس، وانهيار الفرق المسرحية. وكانت الصحافة في ذلك الوقت هي التي ازداد بريقها ولمعانها بعد أن أصبحت لسان حال كثير من السياسيين والبرلمانات. ويروي الحكيم أيضا تحول زميل له من كتاب المسرح المجيدين إلى الاشتغال بشيء آخر له علاقة بالجن والشعوذة بعد فقده الأمل في عودة الروح إلى المسرح.</p> <p>ولمن كتب الحكيم مسرحيته (رصاصة في القلب) وما الذي هدف إليه من وراء كتابتها؟</p> <p><br></p> <p><br></p>

<p><strong>منذ اقتحام شيخ الحارة للسكون المتحفز لشقتها الصغيرة ذات الغرفة الواحدة، والشباك اليتيم، والباب الضيق، والمطبخ الصغير الذي مازال يحتفظ بعلامات دخان الطهو فيه زمان، وهي تشعر وكأن شقتها التي تعيش فيها هي وابنتها ذات الأحد عشر عاما، عصفت بها يد خفية.</strong></p> <p><strong>جاء ذلك النحِس بإنذار حملته إياه السلطات. إنذار بأن البناية التي صمدت سنوات وسنوات، حتى للزلزال الذي كاد يصرعها، حان وقت نعيها وستهدم خلال أسابيع، لأنها مخالفة. والمخالف في مدينتنا لا مكان له بيننا.</strong></p> <p><strong>هذه الشقة الصغيرة، إن كان الناس يستطعيون وصفها بذلك بلا حياء، هي مأواها الوحيد هي وابنتها دنيا.</strong></p>

<p>كان نسيج القرية مثل قطعة القماش التي تختلط فيها الخيوط. تدرك فيها ألوانا مختلفة، لكنك لا تستطيع تحديد كل خيط منها على حدة. كان المسيحيون والمسلمون فيها جيران متحابين، يتبادلون في أعياد كل منهم الكعك والقرص والتمر، وغيرها من الهدايا. وكان بعض المسيحيين يشارك المسلمين صيام بعض أيام رمضان.</p>
