Welcome to Lead with Love, a podcast for those on a journey of self-discovery. Here, I focus on living with love, embracing freedom, and supporting one another in our spiritual growth. I have found it incredibly difficult to heal in a society that is so focused on the mind and body, and I struggled in the early days of my journey to find an anchor to help me break out of my shell and unfold into my true being. I now have an urge in me to share my experiences and to keep nudging others and myself towards keeping an open heart and continually recognising the ego wanting to creep into our daily lives. I couldn’t find a space where i could go for spiritual support, so why not create one myself. I hope this podcast will be helpful to others. I know it will help me on my own journey, to find a voice and continually open my heart to the world. I invite you to join me in an unfolding of the truth within ourselves, so we may heal and become the change we wish to see in the world. “Spiritual work is the art of being able to look directly at death and directly at suffering. The ability to keep your heart open in hell, to look at what is, look at all of it. The ability to find in yourself that which is not changing which is not separate, that is not vulnerable to time and space.” ~Ram Dass

S2E5 Choosing Yourself Instead of the Pattern
In this episode, I talk about what happens after we understand our triggers and inner wounds. We often look outside ourselves, chasing, avoiding, or distracting, to escape discomfort. But real healing begins when we stop running and turn inward. When we sit with what arises, we stop abandoning ourselves. We learn to give ourselves the love, safety, and presence we’ve been seeking from others. From that place, relationships become peaceful instead of painful.

S2E4 – Practicing Relationship: Becoming Love in Action
In this episode, I talk about what it really means to practice being in relationship, not only in romance but in every moment of life. Every interaction is a mirror, offering us a chance to grow in awareness and love... with friends, family, strangers, and even animals. Many of us isolate after being hurt and tell ourselves that we are fine on our own. But healing does not end in solitude. It deepens when we return to the world and begin relating again from presence. I share how each relationship, especially the painful ones, is a sacred invitation to awaken, to respond instead of react, to keep our hearts open, and to remember that we are here to embody love.

S2E3 The Hidden Purpose of Every Relationship
This episode explores the deeper purpose behind every relationship. How they mirror our unhealed parts and guide our growth. It reframes endings as opportunities for learning rather than failures, touching on soul connections, gratitude, and the freedom that comes from letting go without closing your heart.
