Roger mentors many executives and assists organizations with strategy, innovation, and succession planning.</p><p><br></p><p>Dr. Peck is an internist and rheumatologist by training. For more than three decades, he has served as a practicing physician, faculty member, scientist, medical director, CEO, and partner in a global healthcare advisory company. One of the biggest projects he oversaw was a $108M financial turnaround of a $2B integrated health system in the northeast.
