My name is Drissia Schroeder-Hohenwarth. I am an Executive Coach, an Organisational consultant and the owner of DSH International HR. I created this podcast because there are so many discussions and theories ABOUT leadership and in my opinion far too little open conversations WITH leaders about this topic. This is what I want to change with my Podcast. I want to give leaders a voice, listen to what they say and see what we can learn from each other. Leadership Backstage is a learning platform from leaders to leaders with a series of unique conversations with leaders about their role, their pride, their learning and their challenges. If you listen carefully you will probably hear as well that we all have so much more in common than we sometimes think and that we are all connected in our humanness. There is no taboo. And how the home office situation brought him and his team even closer together, very human and touching.
