<p>In this episode, Racheal talks to Dr Abiola Sarnecki about being a woman of colour in leadership, the importance of representation, and also what organisations can do to attract diverse talent, as well as creating a culture that retains them. </p> <p>Abiola is a lecturer of Organizational Behavior at EBS Business School in Germany, where she completed her PhD in Organizational Behavior in 2017. Abiola has a Master's degrees in Electrical Engineering as well as an MBA. She has worked for over ten years as a management consultant in Nigeria and Germany.
