Fixes Broken Workplaces </p> <p>2. Uses the Clifton Strengths Finder to help people discover what makes them unique (there is only a 1/30 million chance of finding another ‘you’) </p> <p>3. Uses ‘soft metrics’ to get to reality.</p> <p><br></p> <p>Did you know that Gallup tracks ‘wellbeing’ and surprisingly shows that the world’s population has seen an alarming increase in anger and unhappiness over the past twenty years - a trend that was showing well before the advent of Covid?
