About Leala
Hi, I'm Lea. This podcast was formerly The Intention and Insight Podcast, now called Leala. I'm just a normal person. Here is where I share the things that are saving me: somatic journeys that bring me back to my body, raw reflections from the middle of the mess, and conversations with people who light me up. I'm not here to teach you how to be perfect. I'm here to stay curious, talk to AI about everything I'm learning, and practice listening to my inner voice because she knows best. If you're building a life from the inside out, you're in the right place.

S2E10: If You Got Your Time Back, Would You Take It or Fill It?
Last week Eleah gave a talk to a room of parents and caregivers at a tech company and had them type what keeps them up at night onto the slide behind her, with no names. Then she asked what is blocking them from solving it, and twelve answers came back: not knowing where to start, no time after 9pm, no support, not wanting to give up control, and one that stopped her, I want to be taken care of for a change. In this episode she reads all twelve and says which ones are hers. In this episode: three conversations from one day about why people stay stuck, what her inner voice said when she asked how to help (let them be, then show them), the question a friend gave her about your calendar and your bank statements, why the same list that blocks the chaos also blocks going inside, and five questions to ask yourself on an exhale. S2E9: A Somatic Journey for Letting Yourself Be Supported
Eleah has been handing pieces of her work to systems she built, and she noticed her body did not trust it. Her shoulders kept holding everything anyway. This guided somatic journey is for that feeling: the part of you that keeps bracing even when something is already holding you. It starts in the body, noticing where you hold, then feeling the difference between holding yourself up and letting your weight land. From there she takes you to a treehouse above San Francisco, down through a warm, safe ocean with dolphins, a sea turtle, and gentle sharks, and onto the back of a humpback whale. On the ride you can set one small thing down and let it be carried, and still know exactly where it is. It ends in a quiet cove at dusk, with the whale's song. New this time: a low hum with a binaural beat runs under the whole journey (headphones help), with ocean waves, a foghorn, gulls, dolphins, and the whale. Tell Eleah if the sound helped or got in the way. New episodes weekly. More at leala.co

S2E8: How I Use AI at Home as a Mom, From Therapy to School Emails to Dinner
Eleah gave a talk to more than 200 people last week, mostly men, and someone asked her how men and women create differently. Her answer was flexibility. This episode is what that looks like at home. She walks through the ways she uses AI that have nothing to do with work, starting with the one that got her into AI in the first place: integrating what comes up in therapy, with her therapist's yes, by turning it into somatic journeys she can practice during the week. In this episode: processing therapy between sessions. The meditation podcast she makes with her son, Super Snakes That Meditate (https://open.spotify.com/show/778YNm2wiSZK5Wk3NaEeoY). How school emails land in one file and on her calendar. Letting her team read the emails that activate her nervous system first. Voice notes at the pediatrician, and what Medicaid has meant for her family. Taxes with Claude as a sounding board. And the Date Night Burger she recreated from a description, with mint and basil from her herb garden. The talk she mentions is on YouTube: watch it here (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Bl9-3AHeW-U). S2E7: How to Find the One Thing Causing You the Most Chaos
Eleah names the three things causing her the most chaos right now. Something at home that needs her. Money, where she is the breadwinner for a family of five and has decided to step into the fear and go make income rather than wait for it. And a relationship she stays deliberately vague about, because it is the one she says she does not want to get into too deeply. She has about twenty hours a week she can count on, and at any point a call can stop everything, so the systems kind of have to run without her. In this episode: why she is speaking at events most weeks now, when speaking used to be the scary thing. The question she opens every client engagement with, which is what is the thing causing you the most chaos. The MVP method she uses after that, where the client names the smallest system that would relieve it and they build only that. Why she starts with neurodivergent brains, and what she means when she says she thinks ADHD is often an identity question more than a diagnosis. And the thread underneath all of it, that nobody fixes a whole system at once, so you find the one piece and you pick it up. S2E6: A Somatic Journey for Finding Peace in the Middle of Chaos
Eleah recorded this one for herself. It is a guided somatic journey for feeling peace while the chaos is still going, and she says at the top that she plans to listen to it over and over this week. She takes you to the edge of a great body of water, where the sky and the surface keep moving and the depths stay quiet, then into the water until it holds you completely and you can stop swimming. Two questions sit at the center of the practice. What does peace feel like in my body, and what becomes possible when I stop spending all of my energy trying to control what I cannot control. She leaves both of them open and lets the body answer in the pause. Then she walks you back to shore, down a path toward somewhere your imagination picks, and reminds you that peace does not have to mean everything is peaceful. S2E5: Seven Agents, One Human, and a Mirror
Eleah records this one from the couch instead of the car, the night before she presents at an Anthropic AI event in Boulder. She walks through her actual slides out loud as practice, so listeners get the unpolished version: the master prompt file, the active context file she keeps for each client, and the seven-person executive team where she is the only human. She also rebuilt her website over a single Monday, and it now shifts theme depending on the time of day someone visits. In this episode: Standing in front of a mirror and asking what would make her feel peace Going back to school twice without landing a full time job, and what that forced her to look at What Good to Great got right about building a business that survives a sick day The seven agents she works with and what each one runs Getting every piece of a system 1% better instead of throwing in the towel when AI gets something wrong Why she tells clients not to become the only human managing a pile of agents Links, the ones she said she would put below plus a couple that kind of belong here too: Leala: https://leala.co Book time with Eleah: https://leala.co/book The Boulder Claude meetup: https://luma.com/claude-boulder?pk=g-d68Nf4byfecY4cm Eleah on LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/eleah-miner-844969b8 Good to Great by Jim Collins: https://www.jimcollins.com/books.html Last week's episode, S2E4: https://open.spotify.com/episode/3xxsiszYtVQCHS5g0QgQGv The article she mentions, The Bottleneck Was Never the AI: https://leala.co/articles/the-bottleneck-was-never-the-ai.html Claude Code: https://claude.ai/code Wispr Flow, the dictation app she uses all day: https://wisprflow.ai New episodes weekly. S2E4: How Women Are Building Differently in the Era of AI
Recording from her car right after an AI mastermind call, Eleah breaks down why women build differently with AI than men do. One woman on the call had built something Eleah hadn't built yet, and taught her more in an hour than months of tutorials had. Most women aren't working 40 hours a week. They're working 20 to 30, carrying an empathy load nobody puts on an org chart, and a single sick kid can turn a work day into a mom day without warning. In this episode: the mastermind call that reframed how Eleah thinks about building with AI, why the system has to run without her instead of just making her faster, the shift from the old hire-right-promote-from-within instinct to systems-level thinking, and how being controlled, the thing that shaped her most, became her actual superpower: freedom. Last week's meditation episode (https://open.spotify.com/episode/6kACHIDhEUC5CRX0MqvMB2) is linked below, and conversations are open (https://calendar.app.google/yCAqyZvEEmKfogXG9) if this is landing. S2E3 A Somatic Journey for When You're Overstimulated
This week didn't get a talking episode. I was overstimulated, and recording myself explaining AI systems felt like the last thing my body wanted. So I did the thing I usually save for community sessions: a guided somatic journey, recorded solo, just for whoever needs it right now. In this episode: noticing where tightness actually lives in the body, giving it a texture and a color instead of pushing it away, one full exhale to set it down, and the reminder that there's more room in you than the buzzing lets you believe. S2E2 The AI Roller Coaster
Back from three weeks in California and driving cross-country again, Eleah unpacks a Zoom call where she found herself explaining her AI systems to fifty strangers while her son slept in the back seat. She walks through the master prompt, the three levels of AI most people never get past (chat, connectors, agents), and why she refuses to lock herself into one company's tools. The rest is the real talk: the AI roller coaster of a tool promising something and then failing to deliver, why this podcast's only success metric is twelve weeks of consistency, and why she won't build a content machine that doesn't actually sound like her. S2E1 Starting Without Full Clarity
Season two begins. No outline, no plan. Just me talking about why this podcast exists now: what AI has made possible in my life, why I traded discipline for devotion, and where I actually am this summer. Intention and Insight is now Leala: a personal diary of building a life and business with AI. In this episode: what most people don't know AI can do, learning to speak its language, building without full clarity, why nothing is off limits here, and a life update from California. Cloudship Safe Place Journey
This is a journey for the ones who feel too scattered to connect. Too numb to visualize. Too tired to try. You don’t have to know where your Safe Place is. You don’t have to build it from scratch. You don’t even have to believe in it yet. A gentle Cloudship arrives just for you — soft, quiet, and unconditional. It doesn’t ask you to be more healed, more open, more ready. It simply holds you. Let yourself be carried beyond the noise of the mind into a realm your nervous system remembers: where trees hum, light whispers, and the pressure to “get it right” dissolves. You will meet a version of yourself who needs nothing from you —and loves you anyway. Come as you are. Be held. There is nothing to fix here. Just the invitation to belong to yourself again.

Ep.2 Square Two: You’re Not Broken. You’re Becoming.
Square One wakes you up. Square Two invites you in. This episode is for those who are awake, aware, and still feeling stuck. I share what I’ve seen in my work with clients — the ache that lives beneath self-awareness, and the soft, powerful practice of coming back into the body. If you’re tired of your own healing loops or unsure what’s next — this is for you. No fixing, no rushing. Just breath, truth, and presence.

Bonus Journey: Trusting Yourself in the Nature Portal
I created this journey earlier today, and it’s become one of my favorites. It was born out of a quiet, deep session in my in-between container — a moment when both I and someone dear to me needed to feel held, grounded, and connected to something bigger. I’m not entirely sure where this podcast is going just yet. There are recorded conversations and other ideas waiting in the wings. But for now, I wanted to offer this — a soft place to land, a magical invitation to return to your inner world, and a reminder that you’re allowed to trust yourself deeply. This is your space to receive. May something align effortlessly for you today.

Episode 1: Voice Note From the In Between)
In this first voice note, I’m not teaching anything—I’m just sharing what’s moving through me. This week was emotional, tender, messy, and full of small openings that feel big in my body. I talk about: • Letting myself rest even when my mind said “no” • Moving through somatic pain, shame, and inner spirals • Parenting, inner voice conversations, and choosing alignment over productivity • The difference between chasing abundance vs. creating from alignment • How I manifested small things that reminded me life is listening It’s not polished, but it’s true. And maybe if you’re in a similar “in between,” it’ll remind you that the cycles shorten. That you’re not crazy. And that the soft path is the real path.
