Sullo sfondo di una Storia sempre più opprimente, un gruppo di giovani ebrei si ritrova in un magnifico giardino nell'illusione di poter continuare una vita normale. Ricco di riferimenti storici importantissimi per l'Italia ma anche di temi più universali, il romanzo di Giorgio Bassani e il film che ne è stato tratto dal grande regista Vittorio di Sica, sono due opere meravigliose e fondamentali. Buona lettura e buona visione! Today I present to you a masterpiece of Italian literature of the twentieth century: The garden of the Finzi-Contini by Giorgio Bassani. Against the backdrop of an increasingly oppressive History, a group of young Jews find themselves in a magnificent garden in the illusion of being able to continue a normal life. Rich in historical references that are very important for Italy but also in more universal themes, the novel by Giorgio Bassani and the film based on it by the great director Vittorio di Sica, are two wonderful and fundamental works.
