<p>Sitting down with Jody Moore, MS, LAT, ATC, we dove into Jody's experience as a traditional ATC prior to his transition into the Industrial setting. From there, we chatted about the importance of professional involvement, Jody's experience with it and why clinicians should seek these types of opportunities. <p>We are all victims of time loss - "where does the time go?", "time flies!", "How is it already [insert month/date here]?!". </p> <p><br></p> <p>It can be easy to become caught in the events and chaos that slowly (or not so slowly) fill our days, weeks, months, years. Surely, as a clinician or an industrial athlete, moments fly by without knowing. </p> <p><br></p> <p>What was a scheduled lunch break is now a time to quickly catch up on documentation. And what was a "slow" morning on the production line is now a "full speed ahead" period. </p> <p><br></p> <p>It can be easy to forget to catch a breath. </p> <p><br></p> <p>In this short and intentional episode, we have Amelia Meigs leading a moment of meditation and mindfulness.
