He announced that the company has received approval to expand into Michigan and Wisconsin, though these locations will operate as virtual satellite offices rather than traditional brick-and-mortar locations due to current market conditions. Nick emphasized that this expansion was made possible through Exit Corporate's understanding of changing market realities and reduced space requirements. 5-Year Strategic Planning Presentation Nick presented a 5-year plan to take the company into the 2030s, comparing the current economic environment to the 1970s and expressing optimism about the future decade. He announced new vendor partnerships, including with Colleen and John from Rize Mortgage for mortgage services and Lisa Gavin for credit education and coaching. Nick emphasized the company's strong reputation and community engagement, noting they have hosted 98 past events, and introduced his word for 2027 as "Collaborate" to reflect the team's growing mastermind approach. EXIT Strategy Realty Financial and Expansion Updates Nick announced that the operation is in its strongest financial position ever, with recent investments from both him and founder Steve Morris ensuring the company's stability and continued growth. He introduced Kelly Goodmanson as the expansion partner for Rockford MLS services, explaining how agents can collaborate with her through the Zenlist platform to serve clients in new areas without needing direct licensing. Nick outlined several collaboration initiatives including YouTube channel partnerships, LinkedIn content sharing, etc. Digital Strategy and Benefits Update Nick discussed the importance of updating the company's social media presence and highlighted recent awards won by team members. He announced plans to improve the office's digital onboarding process and launch new educational initiatives on credit and wealth building.
