Just trying to be less sh!t

Trying to highlight some beautiful, resilient people in situations that are unjust and need action now.Its important to listen to the people relaying the first hand experience of unjust violence and trauma. @wizard_bisan1 @dahman.eyad @palestinianvoicestoday @eyesonpalestine @letstalkpalestine @jewishvoiceforpeace @thepalestinepod @womenofsudan @yuval_abraham We should all be grateful for people within groups like @limerickagainstfacism and @actionforpalireland and people like @blezzingdada Enlightening people on things we should be educated on rather than staying ignorantI applaud anyone guiding people in the right direction 👏 Sharing a discussion around the Refferenda coming up in Ireland, March 8th. All perspectives are necessary for change, as long as they aren't fueled by hate. My voting stance has shifted since the time of recording the episode due to other peoples perspectives educating me into blindspots I have regarding people with disabilities everyday experiences and thenneed for bodily autonomy and independence to be a priority. I am never afraid to back down from something or change my opinion when educated on something, grateful to be able to admit when I'm wrong and learn some valuable lessons from people. Getting back to Ground Zero

Attention and care to all suffering in such inhumane situations across the globe is detrimental 🫂🌐The most important thing we can do is not be ignorant, educate yourself, speak up in support and show up for peace. Of Gaza’s 2.2 million people, more than 1.9 million have been displaced, including many who have fled multiple times. The carnage has given rise to a public health disaster, even as “medical facilities are under relentless attack”This is a Genocide.A ceasefire is the bare minimum needed. In this upload im sharing my perspective on the irish mental health system in the hopes of illuminating someone who will never have to utilise it or preparing someone for what to expect when seeking some support. The only bit general key advice I could give for anyone struggling everyday with their mental health is to have resilience, allow compassion for yourself and work on educating yourself on the pitfalls in your life and how they may very well also be imparting your neighbour. Sometimes resources are not available.The ones that are available, are full.More support is needed and passionate, intelligent people like @blezzingdada are the ones to listen to when it comes to changes that need to be made. I am in no way qualified to guide or influence anyones life, I have not got it figured out whatsoever, but I'm healing and unlearning bad habits while trying to educate myself on rational solotions to issues that impact the majority and anything I can share I will I'd appreciate if you do the same!
