Welcome to LED with Grace! We created this podcast as a hub for our leaders in group life. There are principles, celebrations, and challenges that are unique to leading a group of people within our 4 C's - Community, Care, Christ-Centered Conversations, and being the Church with one another. We aim to equip your leadership journey through monthly conversations between Jen and Matt, which come from their personal experiences in the beautiful and powerful arena of community life. We recognize community also has its real-life challenges and will be addressing those as well! Each month we will explore a potential thought or topic and create a space for the listener to submit questions. We will also answer an Ask Jett question from you in an additional episode. We hope our faithful leaders will be encouraged to continue in this vital role of partnering with us in discipling others.
