Kelly Wise hosts Leftist Lezzies, a political podcast with a touch of neurospicy flair. Just a red state lesbian, from the South, broadcasting every Tuesday at 2 PM from the dumpster fire that is the Midwest, adding as much humor as she can muster. She addresses internet rumors and untruths, current events, and LGBTQ+ issues, framing everything from the perspective of addressing the same old, tired arguments heard every day. What makes her unique? Other than completely unfiltered quips, quirky humor, foul language, and a touch of passion and love for people, not too much. She does this because she cares about the United States and is disheartened at what we are all seeing occur each day. […] But what we found was that the panel that we talked to, most of their fears, they did have some economic concerns about AI. I want to emphasize that. They were concerned about what would happen with the AI could replace people's jobs, that it could drive down wages, that young people wouldn't have entry -level jobs. I mean, those are all very reasonable concerns. So there was some economic concern there, but the thing that they were really worried about was they were worried about the effect on society. Their concerns were moral. And if you kind of think about it, it makes a ton of sense. Like one of the things that we, as we were exploring this rural identity, before we even kind of got into AI, what we found was that this rural segment, the rural identity, when we do our work, we're looking for active identities and what we would call inactive or dormant identities.
