LISNS has developed an Employers Best Practices toolkit, which provides employers with the policies, training and tools to prevent and address sexual harassment in the workplace. Survivors of sexual harassment in the workplace can also reach out for up to 4 free hours of legal advice by emailing safeatwork@legalinfo.org.</p> <p dir="ltr">Sexual Harassment in the Workplace: Should I speak with a lawyer?</p> <p dir="ltr">Join Ainsley Jackson in a conversation with lawyer Mike Dull to discuss the legal avenues survivors of sexual harassment can take. Mike Dull is a lawyer in Halifax and founding partner of Valent Legal. Mike has spent his entire career dedicated to helping victims receive remedies for issues, including sexual harassment and violence. Over the past decade, he has built a reputation as a tireless victim advocate and a strong promoter of access to justice. Mike is one of the many lawyers a part of LISNS’ Safe at Work program, providing legal advice to survivors of sexual harassment in the workplace. </p> <p dir="ltr">(Please note that these podcasts were pre-recorded in September 2024.
