#10 Leren uit een cultuurshock: van defensie naar verpleegkunde naar implementeren van medische robots - met Sander Vernaet
<p>In deze aflevering praat ik met Sander Vernaet. Hij werkt als implementatiespecialist van medische robots CMR surgical. Hiervoor werkte hij als Medic waarna hij besloot verpleegkunde te gaan studeren. Dit was voor hem een "cultuurshock" van jewelste. We zoomen in op hoe een zeer hiërarchische en stressvolle omgeving heeft bijgedragen aan wie Sander vandaag is. Hoe hij zijn weg zocht en vond in de zorgsector, hoe hij leerde zich bewuster te zijn van zijn medemens en de feedback die hij onderweg kreeg steeds omarmde, hoor je in deze aflevering. Dat technologie en menselijkheid hand in hand kunnen gaan, daar heeft Sander mij alvast van overtuigd.</p> <p><br></p>
