<p>No art. 7º, inciso XXII da Constituição da República, dispõe ser direito dos trabalhadores a “ redução dos riscos inerentes ao trabalho, por meio de normas de saúde, higiene e segurança;. Também, grávidas e puérperas são do grupo de risco e podem ter complicações caso sejam infectadas pela COVID-19, conforme o Ministério da Saúde.</p> <p>A grande novidade é que foi à sanção presidencial o projeto de lei que afasta grávidas de trabalho presencial durante a pandemia. O Projeto de Lei (PL) 3.932/2020 busca garantir o regime de teletrabalho às trabalhadoras gestantes durante a pandemia de COVID-19. Além do regime de teletrabalho, o projeto visa garantir que o trabalho remoto aconteça sem a redução de salário.</p> <p>Observamos aqui, a defesa ao Princípio da Proteção, que se refere amparar o trabalhador e contrapor às desigualdades jurídicas e econômicas que permeiam a relação de emprego.</p> <p>Gostou do conteúdo?
