Put Your Mask On First

Family! On A Plane They say to put your mask on first then if someone needs help to help them. Regardless if it's your children, parents, whomever, you must put your mask on first. Ensure you safety and oxygen so that you can still have full function to help others. Rather than fighting the loss of oxygen and not being able to do much of anything because your brain is trying to figure out what is going on because there's not enough. We have a selfish tendency to instinctively be the hero. To sacrifice everything and be left with nothing besides people's approval. We prioritize others and what they have going on rather than ourselves. We selfishly give to others because we feel that's what we should do and we are left with nothing because we didn't take care of ourselves first. We must learn to help others after FIRST helping ourselves. You are your first patient, you are your first job, you are your first client, you are your first priority. We can't give what we don't have. Remember that. Can't cash a check you can't find. Take Care of YOU, it will be better for you and everyone connected to you in the end. Put Your Mask On FIRST. CoNfUsiOn Is Dangerous

Wassup People! Being CoNfUseD on what to do and what not to do, who we are and who we aren't is a common thing that we all deal with. I stayed one foot in, one foot out for so long out of fear of missing out on something not knowing what that something was. Double Minded and Confused people are the most dangerous because you don't know what you're going to get. You don't know what to expect. Let's not be double minded, thinking that we can live 2 different ways when we feel like it. Even though you may live differently behind closed doors, it comes out to the light and effects everyone in your surroundings. Choose who you will be today and live within those boundaries. Many people have great skills, but aren't using them for great things. People do things they feel like will get them things fast, quick results, pleasure, etc... Anything done quick, fast, and in a hurry isn't good majority of the time. Anything we do that hinders or hurts someone else for personal gain isn't what we're supposed to do. There's More For You! That's NOT Who YOU Are!! It's what you saw, what you were around, and you became that thing that looked good on the outside but miserable on the inside. There's More For You! That's Not Who You Are! It's Not Too Late!
