I understand you aim to have a £10m portfolio in the next 3 years and you also have your own show called Ask someone else where you get different perspectives from people in the property industry.  Many people would have seen your posts or when you’ve appeared on another platform but there may be others who have not so if we could briefly start with how you got into property, learnt the game and a bit about you and your background. I think a great place to start is the different ways to invest in property and what's best suited to what type of investors i.e. flips, hmo, rent to rent, buy to let for people with low capital Vs high or experienced Vs new investors. As you've done a number of interviews recently I was thinking we could change the format a bit so it's as practical and relatable as possible. We can effectively have a live case study where I'm an interested investor and you're my advisor. So scenario being I work full time i’ve managed to save £10,000 and want to get into property.
