Have you ever lowered your standards for money, for love, for appreciation?
I surely have in my lifetime and in this episode, I want to share a situation where I did just that. Even though I knew deep down from the beginning that it wasn’t for me, I still went along with it. And every day I spent there inflicted more pain on my body. The solution offered by others? You’ll get used to it!
If someone ever tells you that while you're experiencing growing and constant physical and/or mental pain, run! That thing you're supposed to “get used to” isn’t for you. If you feel awful every single day just from being in it, then it’s not right for you. There is something better and far more aligned waiting out there, you just have to decide to stop lowering your standards for others.
Let me know how this episode landed for you. I’d love to continue this conversation with you.

Do you know that feeling, when you have one of these days, where you don't get things done? No matter how hard you are trying, it's like hitting a wall, over and over again, but it just doesn't move and bend to your will.
In this episode I tell you how to navigate such days and give you my perspective to why such days are redirections.

EP 12: Temperance & Balance - former Creation Queen
Do you feel out of balance sometimes? Or even often? Then I might have the answer for you.
In this episode I talk about Balance and Temperance and how I used the Archetype of the Temperance Card of Tarot to better understand, how I can bring more balance into my life.
I use Tarot to dive into the Archetypes. After some practise I reached the point to see this Archetypes mirrored back to me in my life. My life has been out of balance for a while now and without me realizing it, I dipped the scale more and more into the direction that felt uncomfortable for me until it became painful. I guess with this episode I am sharing with you today, I found the answer to having more balance in my and your life. Balance and holding the scale equally is important for our longterm well being.
Do you recall moments where you realized when exactly the scale dipped and you were out of balance?

EP 11: Collaboration - former Creation Queen
Collaboration was and still is a foreign word for me. The other day I connected to the word, to its meaning. What true collaboration means for me and this is, what I summed up in this episode.
I will talk about what collaboration and connection means for me and how I (and maybe you too) can feel supported through collaborating with others, without feeling like owing something to the other person involved.
Let's collaborate with each other in a way that feels good for both parties and leave behind the situations that don't feel good and don't work for us anymore.
I would love to hear from you, so let me know what you think and I am so grateful that you are here, taking the time to collaborate with me.

EP 10: Holding yourself - former Creation Queen
To celebrate my 10th Episode (OMG!! Can't believe that it's already 10 Episodes) I invited a special guest to Creation Queen: my lovely sister Julia.
I am so happy to give her my platform to introduce her new found way of handling difficult situations in her relationships. She will give you an inside at what she learned and how you can work through the things in your relationships too. She mentions techniques you can use, so you can hold yourself in situations, where only you can give yourself what you need and seek from the outside world.
You find Julia on her instagram account https://www.instagram.com/fresh_julia06 if you have further questions or want to know more about her :)
The techniques we talked about:
~ There is a lot about EFT (emotional freedom technique) on youtube, Julia's and my go-to person is Gala Darling. In this video she explains what EFT is and also offers a tapping: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WpEn18Bp4tA
~ I guess on breathwork there are a lot of youtube videos available. We made our first contact with it through Natasha (https://www.instagram.com/healwithraana/) and we both loved the session with her so I want to recommend her to you :)
~ last but not least Reiki. Reiki is a japanese healing method, that works with and without touch, where you will be in a meditative relaxed state to activate your self healing. Julia and me are both Reiki practitioners and have the Holy Fire Reiki Level 2 certificate. So if you are interested in receving Holy Fire Reiki you are very welcome to reach out to one of us, to support you in your healing journey. We received our Holy Fire Reiki attunement by Camilla. If you are interested in learning Reiki yourself, I can warmly recommend her. You can reach her on her Instagram page https://www.instagram.com/the.earthensoul/

Will you be able to be happy in this moment when you get what you want? Or will you be already in the future, waiting on the next best thing? This Episode is about understanding where you are at and how you can find the bliss in your current moment, thorugh gratefulness and creating your dream life now.

EP 08: Why it makes sense to pursue more than one passion - former Creation Queen
Do you feel drained, empty, frustrated and/or bitter? Then it might have to do something with where you put your energy in. We all have passions and some passions we pursue, others we just dream about. I'm the kind of person that's mostly still dreaming about them, which leaves me very frustated, drained and sometimes empty.
In this episode I'll let you know why it is so important to pursue more than one passion and fill you in on some of my passions.
While some passions might be expensive, the real questions are in the end: Is it really too expensive to pursue your wildest dreams? Is it too expensive to enjoy what you do and live a happy and fulfilled life? I think not, there are always ways to make it work, the only thing you have to do is start ;)
If you have any further questions around this topic or want to hear more, please let me know and reach me on Instagram @melaniexkatharina :)

EP 07: How detachment serves your manifestations - former Creation Queen
Do you know the feeling desiring something so much and hoping it will show up right NOW? That you have the money, the thing, the person, the house etc. f*cking right now?
Then this episode will support you in understanding how you can less worry and trust more, that what you want is on its way to you. Detachment is my secret ingredient to manifest with ease and trust the process and it will help you to enjoy your life while your desire is on its way to you.
If you have any further questions around detachment or want to hear more, please let me know and reach me on Instagram @melaniexkatharina :)
Here is the link https://moderndaymanifestations.com/7-fun-manifestation-games/ to the manifestation game I mentioned, it's called "I spy" and there are further fun manifestation games that will support you to manifest on purpose - because we manifest all the time ;) (unpaid ad)

EP 06: Why contrast supports you - former Creation Queen
This epsiode is about contrast and the reason why it exists. I often asked myself in the past: "Why is this happening to me?", "Why do I have to endure this?". The thing is that contrast shows up in our life for a simple reason: so that we know what feels good, what we want more of and what we don't want at all. I want to explain to you through various examples why sometimes contrast is needed so a certain cycle is given and why often it shows up for you through stories you hear or even manifestations you don't like - so you know what you want for your life, what feels good and right for you and what you don't want or need to experience at all. I hope through this episode you realize the importance of contrast and use it to get where you want to go :) Don't linger at the contrast, accept that it is here for a reason and then align yourself with where you really want to go and what you really want to experience.
If you have any further questions about contrast or want to hear more, please let me know and reach me on Instagram @melaniexkatharina :)

EP 05: time is relative - former Creation Queen
Did you ever experience time moving differently than it should move? One minute can feel like eternity, when you are waiting for something and 3 hours can feel like 15 min with amazing people and joyous moments aorund you. So why shouldn't we use this concept for our highest good? Today I want to introduce "Time Stretching" - as I call it - in combination with a big vibe. Holding the energies of for example anxiety and trust, as in my example in the episode. I want to give you the power of using this concept as well. Have fun playing with it ;)
If you have any further questions around this concept or want to hear more, please let me know and reach me on Instagram @melaniexkatharina :)
I also mentioned Melanie Ann Layer, if you are interested in her work you find her on Instagram as @melanieannlayer (personal page) or @alphafemme (business page), I am amazed with her work and can only recommend her. (unpaid ad)

EP 04: Guided Meditation - Filling your own cup - former Creation Queen
This is my first guided meditation on this podcast and I am glad that I can share it with you. I created this meditation while feeling the need to fill my cup first, so I could give love, abundance and joy freely to others, without running low on it. Now you have a way of doing this for yourself as well. Enjoy <3

This episode is for you, when you feel like you need a partner to feel complete and/or you feel like you can only really start living and doing the things you want when you have a partner by your side. Spoiler Alert: You are already complete on your own!
This episode is also a reminder for all the people who are already in a partnership and to all my fellow singles out there, you don't need to have a partner to do the things you want to do.

EP 02: cause and effect of your actions - former Creation Queen
There is this saying out there that the wing flapping of a butterfly, happening on one side of the earth, can cause a tornado on the other side of the world. Our actions or non actions have an effect on our environment too. By standing still and not moving forward, when every cell in your body is screaming to move ahead, we occupy space that is already meant for someone else. For example staying in a job that you outgrew, staying in a relationship where the date has expired etc. Don't ignore the call inside of your body, when it tells you that it is time to move...
