#77: The Biggest Mistake Women Make When They Want a Baby Next Year
If you’re hoping to have a baby in 2027, you might be thinking you have plenty of time to worry about fertility later.
You’ll start your prenatal. You’ll figure out ovulation. You’ll clean up your diet. You’ll get serious when you start TTC.
But what if waiting until you’re officially trying means missing one of your most valuable windows?
In this episode, we’re talking about why the months before TTC matter and why preparing for pregnancy doesn’t have to mean turning your life upside down or following a restrictive fertility protocol. We’ll talk about what you can start paying attention to now, how to think differently about your cycle and overall health, and what it can look like to enter TTC feeling prepared instead of scrambling to figure everything out. Because there’s a big difference between starting fertility prep and starting to try for a baby.
And if becoming a mom in 2027 is the goal, you may need to start preparing sooner than you think.

#76: Low Progesterone Isn’t the Problem You Think It Is
Your progesterone came back low. Now you’re wondering: How do I raise it? Maybe you’re considering Vitex, progesterone cream, supplements, or asking your doctor about progesterone. But what if “low progesterone” isn’t the whole problem? Low progesterone is a clue, not necessarily an explanation.
In this episode, we’ll talk about how I would actually approach low progesterone with a fertility client.
Is it actually low?
Does progesterone start with ovulation?
Why “just take something” isn’t always the answer.
What supporting progesterone really looks like.
Am I seeing a progesterone problem, or is progesterone pointing me toward a bigger cycle pattern? If your progesterone is low, don’t panic, but don’t stop at “How do I raise progesterone?” Ask why your progesterone isn’t rising, and let’s dive into the bigger why and how we can support our whole body this upcoming cycle.

#75: Red Flag Symptoms You Can’t Keep Ignoring If You’ve Been TTC for 6+ Months
If you’ve been trying for months, it's easy to explain away the little things and hope next month is different. But sometimes your cycle gives you clues worth paying attention to.
In this episode, we’re talking about six fertility patterns you shouldn’t ignore and how to start looking at your cycles as a whole instead of focusing on one symptom, one lab, or one month.
Do you actually know when your fertile window is?
Is your ovulation consistently late or unpredictable?
Is your luteal phase consistently short, or are you spotting for days?
Is your period unusually light, heavy, painful, or inconsistent?
Is PMS significantly affecting your daily life?
Are you doing “all the things,” but no one has looked at the whole picture?
Instead of asking, “Should I give it another month?” consider asking: “What patterns are repeating that I should be paying attention to?”
