The Let’s Heal Already Podcast is a podcast for the sometimes-impatient, sometimes-cranky person doing some healing. This podcast will cover ground on a variety of topics from mental wellness and emotional literacy, to Blackness, to masculinity and femininity, to ending misogyny and patriarchy, to last but not least, bisexuality and ending sexual shame.
We close out our season on identity by asking what happens when you stop being attached to having one. We also take a hard look at how the wellness industry sells 'letting go (of needs, emotions, oppression, etc)' back to us as a lifestyle brand.
