[…] So how much higher can mortgage rates truly go, and what will really move them from here, up or down? Yeah, so people go, I remember when they were 8% back in 2023. That was with the 10-year treasury being a lot lower. And now the 10-year treasury is higher than that amount. As a matter of fact, it is so much higher that we would have had interest rates if we had that same spread. Very, very close to 8.25%, making their way towards 8.5%. But we don't have that. We have a much better spread. So that's why interest rates are a bit lower. And they made their way all the way up to 7.5%, which was recent. […]
