For as long as I can remember, tinnitus has been a companion. I'm now 24 years old, and after many rough years, I have finally begun to live happily. My tinnitus hasn't gone away, but my negative response to it absolutely has, and yours can too.
When I was struggling to cope, the search for reliable information was a struggle itself. I made this podcast in hope to reach you at the point in your journey where you need it most.

Living with tinnitus once took a lot from me... peace, ease, silence. BUT, it’s also given me things I never expected.
In this video, I talk honestly about the hidden gifts of living with tinnitus: empathy, self awareness, resilience, and a deeper understanding of myself and others.
If you live with tinnitus, hearing loss, or any invisible condition, I hope this video helps you feel a little less alone.
If you didn't know, I’m currently building something very close to my heart!!! a gentle, supportive journaling space for people living with tinnitus.
The Tinnitus Journaling Club opens in February, and you can join the waitlist here: 👉 https://www.tinnitusjournalingclub.com
Journaling won’t fix tinnitus, but it can help you feel safer, steadier, and more like yourself again.
Thank you for being here, and for listening 🤍
