At the end of the day we all have felt exhausted by our mental health and cannot seem to figure it out.
Here I will connect deep with the idea of mental health and my journey through it. I will bring together ideas on mental health and how our faith is intertwined through it.
Thank you to each and every one of you who has joined me throughout these episodes. No matter when you find these episodes thank you for listening along as Jesus teaches me. I truly believe that these episodes were more for me than anyone else when I first recorded them because He was calling me in a closer relationship with Him.
