Lets Talk With Naima is recorded in a cozy, grounded space filled with intention, softness and soul. Think warm tea, incense in the air, a yoga mat in the corner, and the kind of quiet where truth can speak. Whether in the heart of nature or a softly lit room, every episode is a moment of pause and where real conversations unfold, slowly and honestly.
Welcome home. This is your space to exhale, feel and just be.
A quick one today, 10 minutes on pausing, resetting, and the question that keeps finding me at every threshold in my life:
If I'm not everyone else's, who am I?
I share a bit of my story as a single mom who kept moving, the go, go go mentality, because moving felt like the only option, and introduce my Joyous 5Rs Method:
Rest, Reflect, Release, Reconnect, Rise, the pathway I use to come back to myself.
I'll be teaching this method in full at my retreat in Sinchal, Ecuador March 18–24, 2027. Registration is open now at www.thegentlepathyoga.com (http://www.thegentlepathyoga.com).
And if you want to go even deeper, my Joyous 5Rs Method eBook is coming soon, join the waitlist on my website to be the first to know when it's available.
Much Love, See you all next Friday

The Courage to Try Something New
Hello Loves
September has a way of feeling like a new beginning.
Back-to-school routines return, summer begins to fade, and suddenly we find ourselves slipping back into what feels familiar and comfortable. But what if we entered this season differently?
In this episode of Let’s Talk with Naima, I’m reflecting on what my time in Ecuador taught me about slowing down, mindfulness, connection, vulnerability, and having the courage to experience life without always knowing what comes next.
We’re talking about the everyday stuff too, parenting, cooking, making time for yourself, trying new things, building meaningful connections, and learning that being uncomfortable doesn’t necessarily mean something is wrong.
Sometimes it simply means you’re growing. As I move into fall and winter, I’m asking myself:
What am I bringing with me from this summer, and what am I ready to leave behind?
Maybe you can ask yourself the same thing. Be curious. Try something new. Make room for yourself.
Be brave. And love deeply.
ROOTED — A Retreat in Ecuador | March 18-24, 2027
If this conversation speaks to something you're craving, a chance to slow down, reconnect, step outside your routine, and come home to yourself.
I invite you to join me in Ecuador for Rooted.
Registration is now open.

Financially Aligned with Special Guest - Andre Grant
What does it really mean to become financially aligned?
In this episode of Let’s Talk with Naima, I sit down with special guest Andre Grant for an open conversation about financial literacy, our relationship with money, and becoming more aware of the financial choices we make.
Money can be one of those topics we hesitate to talk about, but sometimes the first step toward understanding our finances is simply being willing to have the conversation.
We also touch on The Wealthy Barber by David Chilton, a personal-finance book that introduces money-management concepts through storytelling. And because this is Let’s Talk with Naima, expect real conversation, different perspectives, TONS of laughter, and a few unexpected moments along the way.
Grab your tea, get comfortable, and join the conversation.
