Letters to Ghosts and God: A Healing Avoidant Podcast

About Letters to Ghosts and God: A Healing Avoidant Podcast

Letters to Ghosts and God is a raw, short-form audio journal from the heart of this Healing Avoidant. I ran from love. I buried my voice. I pushed away what I wasn’t ready to receive. Now I’m not chasing what I lost — I’m building what was missing inside me. These are the unsent confessions, the faith I found in the fallout, and the slow, unpolished work of becoming a man led by grace, not guilt. Not to win anyone back. Not to rewrite the past. But to share a journey of healing for those who are walking theirs, too.

   Echoes in the Silence

Some silences don’t mean peace — they mean aftermath. In this season finale of Letters to Ghosts and God, I sit with the echoes left behind after love walks out… especially when it’s your fault they had to leave. From blocked numbers and unsent texts to the ghosts of who I was and who I hurt — this is a letter to the quiet that followed. But this episode is more than closure. It’s the turning point. Because the next chapter isn’t about them — it’s about the ghosts within. New letters. New ghosts. Same God. You in?
